You Get One Life. Live It.

My mother often reminded me, “You get one life. Live it.” Those words have stayed with me and shaped how I approach both life and my work. From her, I learned the value of helping others, serving with compassion, and creating a life that feels true to who you are.

Her service-oriented heart continues to guide me as a counselor, educator, and scholar. Whether I am supporting a therapy client, facilitating a training, or conducting research, my goal is to help people understand their stories, reconnect with their power, and live with greater authenticity, confidence, and freedom.
